Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–30 minutes. However, if KYC verification is incomplete or suspicious activity is flagged, processing may take up to 72 hours.

Goo11 age does not accept third-party payments. This means payments cannot be made from an account held in someone else's name. Any such transaction that is identified will be reversed, and we will make every effort to return the funds.

Once a bet is confirmed on goo11 age, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review the odds and details carefully before placing your bet.

Bet Acceptance & Rejection

Goo11 age reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change in real time. If the odds shift after a bet is submitted but before the system confirms it, the bet will either be accepted at the updated odds or voided.

• Match Fixing: Any form of match fixing or use of insider information.
• Account Sharing: Accessing another person's account or sharing your own account with others.
• Fraudulent Payments: Use of stolen or fraudulent payment methods.
